Welcome to Mid-South Shine & Surface Co. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Mid-South Shine & Surface Co. offers pressure washing and surface cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Services include, but are not limited to, oil stain removal, gutter brightening, house washing, and surface restoration.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be scheduled online or directly through our team.

  • We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, card, or digital payment options.

  • Invoices not paid within 7 business days may incur late fees.

4. Property Access

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide access to all necessary areas for cleaning

  • Secure pets and personal belongings

  • Ensure all windows and doors are closed tightly to avoid water intrusion

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g. loose siding, deteriorating concrete, fragile paint).

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of service and we will work to resolve the issue. However, we do not guarantee full removal of certain stains (e.g. oil, rust, oxidation) due to their permanent nature.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Mid-South Shine & Surface Co. is not liable for:

  • Damage due to faulty construction or materials

  • Damage caused by customer negligence

  • Loss of data or personal items not related to the service performed

We are licensed and insured, and take all reasonable steps to protect your property.

7. Website Usage

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Copy or misuse any content, branding, or images without written permission

  • Use the site in any way that disrupts its functionality or compromises security

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
