Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 1, 2025

At Mid-South Shine & Surface Co., your satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in the quality of our work and strive to deliver visible results with every service. Because of the nature of exterior cleaning, we’ve established the following refund policy:

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 48 hours of your completed appointment. We will return to inspect the issue and, if necessary, offer a free touch-up to address any areas of concern within reason.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Stains that cannot be removed due to age, material type, or chemical absorption (e.g., oil, rust, oxidation, organic growth).

  • Pre-existing damage such as chipping paint, cracked surfaces, or loose siding.

  • Customer neglect or misuse of areas after service is performed.

  • Weather delays or rescheduling beyond our control.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled service will not incur a fee.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee to cover lost time and scheduling.

  • No-shows may require pre-payment before future appointments.

4. Refund Eligibility

In the rare event a refund is issued, it will be:

  • Processed within 5–7 business days

  • Returned via the original payment method

  • Issued only after all reasonable options for resolution have been attempted
