Service Description
Our deck cleaning service uses the proper pressure and technique to safely remove years of dirt, algae, and mildew from wood or composite decks. We avoid damage and leave your surface clean, fresh, and ready for sealing or staining. đź’ˇ Recommended before any sealing or staining treatment. Booking Notes: Furniture must be removed prior to appointment.
Cancellation Policy
By booking a service with Mid-South Shine & Surface Co., you agree to the following terms: Deposit: A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount goes toward your total balance. Payment: The remaining balance is due immediately after service. We accept cash, card, Venmo, and CashApp. Cancellations: Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Last-minute cancellations may result in a lost deposit. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, you may be charged 50% of the total service cost. Weather: Services may be rescheduled due to rain, storms, or extreme temperatures for safety and quality. Preparation: Please ensure the service area is clear of vehicles, furniture, and pets before your appointment. Discounts: We proudly offer a 10% discount to veterans, first responders, and seniors (65+). Valid ID or proof of service required at booking. Need to reschedule or have a question?
