Service Description
Our gutter cleaning service removes leaves, buildup, and clogs from your home’s gutter system to prevent water damage and overflow. We also check for signs of damage or poor drainage. ✅ Recommended 2x/year — spring and fall. Booking Notes: Two-story homes may incur additional charges. Ladder access required.
Cancellation Policy
By booking a service with Mid-South Shine & Surface Co., you agree to the following terms: Deposit: A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount goes toward your total balance. Payment: The remaining balance is due immediately after service. We accept cash, card, Venmo, and CashApp. Cancellations: Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Last-minute cancellations may result in a lost deposit. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, you may be charged 50% of the total service cost. Weather: Services may be rescheduled due to rain, storms, or extreme temperatures for safety and quality. Preparation: Please ensure the service area is clear of vehicles, furniture, and pets before your appointment. Discounts: We proudly offer a 10% discount to veterans, first responders, and seniors (65+). Valid ID or proof of service required at booking. Need to reschedule or have a question?
