Cancellation Policy
By booking a service with Mid-South Shine & Surface Co., you agree to the following terms: Deposit: A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount goes toward your total balance. Payment: The remaining balance is due immediately after service. We accept cash, card, Venmo, and CashApp. Cancellations: Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Last-minute cancellations may result in a lost deposit. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, you may be charged 50% of the total service cost. Weather: Services may be rescheduled due to rain, storms, or extreme temperatures for safety and quality. Preparation: Please ensure the service area is clear of vehicles, furniture, and pets before your appointment. Discounts: We proudly offer a 10% discount to veterans, first responders, and seniors (65+). Valid ID or proof of service required at booking. Need to reschedule or have a question?
